What the peninsula rents
Estate remodels and dock or seawall work along the shore run on a standard porta potty for the trades, with a handwashing station added once the finish crews arrive. Landscapers reworking a bluff garden like the unit staged near the beds so the day does not stall for a hike up to the road.
Waterfront weddings and yacht-club gatherings are the other big draw, and they call for something nicer, a deluxe flushing unit and an ADA accessible restroom, with a climate-controlled restroom trailer for an evening on the point when the bay wind turns cool. We match the count to the guest list rather than overloading a tight estate drive.
Access on a steep, gated point
Tiburon lanes climb and switchback, and many drives are gated with limited turnaround, so we plan the approach before the truck heads over the bridge. A motor court, a flat pad, or a cleared spot inside the gate all work, and we set the unit where it stays level above the water.
Narrow shoreline access and soft ground near the tideline are worth flagging so we place the unit on firm footing. Tell us the gate width, the grade, and whether the truck should come up the drive or down toward the dock, and we will put it exactly where you need it.
Booking around the bay season
Dry-season weekends fill with weddings, regattas, and estate parties, so event units and trailers book early from late spring on. Reserve the date ahead and we will hold the mix you need. Our route reaches the Tiburon peninsula on Mondays and Thursdays for steady service and pickups.
A single-day event is delivered before guests arrive and collected soon after, while an estate build runs on weekly cleanings so the unit stays fresh for the crew. We would rather send the right units than crowd a narrow point drive with more than the site can hold.
