Rentals for a settled hillside
Glenview's Craftsman blocks keep a steady run of kitchen and bath remodels, seismic retrofits and backyard cottage builds, and those crews are set with one standard unit on a weekly service. The Park Boulevard shops add small tenant jobs now and then.
For a graduation, an anniversary or a garden wedding on one of the terraced yards, a deluxe flushing unit and a handwashing station lift the day, and a larger gathering can bring the restroom trailer for real sinks and lighting into the evening.
Landing a unit on the grade
The blocks rise steadily, so driveways and yards sit above or below the street, and we pick the flattest reachable pad where a unit will not creep. Retaining walls and terraced gardens mean we scout the spot on the call so the truck lands the unit right the first time. If a spot sits in the street, that is the city's call, and an encroachment permit may apply.
We go over the grade with you on the call, noting where the driveway sits relative to the street, so the driver lands the unit on solid, level footing the first time instead of testing spots on a sloping Glenview lot.
Delivery up Park Boulevard
Park Boulevard is the spine, and it carries commuter and school traffic, so we time drops for an off-peak window and turn onto the side streets from the calmer direction. The narrower uphill lanes fill with parked cars, so an early arrival gives the driver room.
On a retrofit or a longer build we fix the servicing day at booking and can raise the unit count as the crew grows without a fresh setup call.
