What gets rented around here
Foothill and Bancroft corridors keep our standard units busy on roofing, paving, sewer-lateral and small infill projects, where a rugged unit near the work zone is all a crew needs. Homeowners tackling an ADU or a driveway pour usually take a single unit for the length of the pour and framing.
Neighborhood life fills the rest of the calendar: quinceañeras, church functions and family reunions in the yard, where a deluxe flushing unit and a handwashing station keep guests comfortable, or a restroom trailer for a larger celebration.
Placing units on flatland lots
Flat ground is the advantage out here. We set units on the driveway, side yard or a gravel staging pad, kept off the sidewalk and clear of the gate so foot traffic and deliveries move freely. On corner lots we tuck the unit behind the fence line where it stays discreet and easy for our driver to reach.
For a church function or a reunion with a rented tent, we place units a short walk from the food and seating but off to one side, so the gathering keeps its flow and servicing later does not cross the crowd. Deep lots with a back gate let us set everything out of sight from the party while our truck still pulls right up on cleaning day.
Delivery and pickup made simple
Straight, gridded streets make Eastmont one of the easier corners of the hills-to-flats to serve, but parked cars and narrow driveways still count. Tell us where crews park and where the gate opens and we drop the unit exactly where you want it. When a job wraps we pull the unit on your date and leave the pad clean.
