A little of everything
Clinton, sometimes called Eastlake, is a mixed neighborhood, Victorians under restoration, apartment buildings turning over tenants, and small shops along the avenues near the lake channel. That mix means we drop standard porta potties for building work and multi-unit rehabs, usually with a handwashing station once interior trades begin.
For a park gathering along the channel or a courtyard celebration, a deluxe flushing unit gives guests a cleaner option, and the ADA accessible model keeps the event open to everyone. A larger community event near the water sometimes needs a few units staged together, which we are glad to arrange.
Access in a dense district
Space is tight here, with narrow lots, shared driveways, and busy curbs near the lake. We often set a unit in a driveway apron, a parking stall, or a fenced corner off the sidewalk where it stays clear of foot traffic. For street placement, an encroachment permit may apply, so check with the city first.
The estuary edge can be soft near the water, so on shoreline sites we look for firm, paved ground rather than damp fill. Tell us where the truck can pull in and how tight the turn is, and we will plan the drop around your building and the traffic.
Where Clinton sits on our route
Clinton shares a run with Jingletown, Fruitvale, and the Eastlake blocks, so our trucks are through on Mondays and Thursdays. That keeps scheduled service predictable for a building rehab and makes an off-cycle pickup after an event simple to fit in.
Orders here typically ship the next business day. Give us the address, the dates, and whether it is a job or a gathering, and we will size the order to fit, a single standard for a duplex remodel, or several units and a handwashing station for a crowd by the channel.
