Units for both halves of town
Down on the flat, El Cerrito keeps our trucks busy with corridor remodels, small commercial builds, and infill housing near the BART stations, where a standard porta potty and a handwashing station cover a working crew. Up the hill the jobs turn to additions, deck rebuilds, and view-lot foundations, and a crew on a stepped lot often takes two units so nobody climbs back for one.
When the neighborhood gathers, whether a block party, a school festival, or an event along the Ohlone Greenway, the deluxe flushing unit and ADA accessible stall keep guests comfortable, and the climate-controlled restroom trailer steps in for a larger seated affair.
Placement from flat to slope
On the flat lots near San Pablo Avenue we set units on firm, paved ground at the edge of the work, clear of the sidewalk and parking so our truck reaches them cleanly. Space is usually workable, and coordination with the crew keeps the drop tidy.
Up the hill it is all about footing. We find the level turnout or driveway apron a truck can safely reach and seat the base on plywood so it holds on the grade. Point out a shared drive or a tight bend and we route around it.
How a rental works here
Most El Cerrito orders go out the next business day, and our trucks run this corridor on Wednesdays and Saturdays. A long remodel runs on weekly service, a busy site adds a visit, and a one-day event is dropped ahead and pulled after the crowd clears.
If a placement touches a public sidewalk, a greenway easement, or a shared hill drive, check with the city about an encroachment permit. Send a gate code or contact and we will fit each visit around your schedule.
