For an ADU build or a full remodel, a standard porta potty keeps the crew on site for months without leaning on the main house, and a handwashing station comes in once the framing gives way to finish work.
Homeowners hosting a graduation or a birthday near the park often step up to a deluxe flushing unit for guests, and the ADA accessible model keeps an older relative comfortable. For a bigger backyard celebration, the restroom trailer, climate-controlled inside, turns a driveway into a proper guest bathroom for the evening.
Placement on North Oakland lots
The lots here run long and narrow, and a backyard ADU site is often reached only through a side gate or a shared driveway. We look for a firm, level spot the truck can reach, near the garage, along the drive, or just inside the gate, and we set the door away from the neighbors.
If your build is deep in the backyard with no truck access, we place the unit as close as the drive allows and keep it serviced from there. Walk us through the gate width and the path when you call so the delivery goes smoothly the first time.
Where Bushrod sits on our route
Bushrod shares a run with Temescal, Rockridge, and the Golden Gate pocket along the Berkeley border, so our trucks are through here on Wednesdays and Saturdays. That keeps weekly service steady for a long ADU project and makes a quick swap easy if a job stretches past its window.
