A short, honest look at what a phone call collects — and all the things it doesn't.
Last updated: August 2026.
Oakland Porta Potty runs this website so people around Oakland can call for a porta potty quote; there's no cart, no sign-in and no form, and the next step is always a call to (510) 775-6362.
A call gives us a delivery address, your dates and a rough headcount, used to schedule and service the rental and nothing more.
Our host keeps standard access logs (IP, browser, pages viewed) for uptime and security, and analytics count visits in aggregate.
The site sets few or no cookies; Google Maps and Google Fonts get only the request needed to load, and blocking cookies won't stop you from calling.
A fulfillment partner answers and schedules calls so a real person can set your delivery, receiving order details only. Personal information is never sold, rented or traded.
California residents may ask what booking information we hold and request deletion; given our phone-first, minimal-collection model there's little to act on — call (510) 775-6362.
Meant for adults arranging rentals, the site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
A revised policy carries a new date above and applies once it's posted.
Questions about this policy go to (510) 775-6362; for mail, our reference address is 112 4th St, Oakland, CA 94607.
This page informs; it isn't legal advice. Oakland Porta Potty is the name this website's operator trades under.
One call handles delivery, service and pickup across Oakland.
