Rentals for a working site
The old shipyard flats are alive with grading, utility work, and new housing, and a standard porta potty is the backbone of any crew out here. On a bigger site we set a bank of units alongside a handwashing station so a full workforce is covered without anyone leaving the fence line during a shift.
The point also draws open-air events, studio open houses, and community days along the water. For those a deluxe flushing unit gives visitors a cleaner stop, and the ADA accessible model keeps a public gathering open to everyone who turns up, whatever their mobility. A restroom trailer can round it out when the turnout is large.
Spotting units on open ground
Much of Hunters Point is wide, exposed lots and reclaimed bayfront, so wind and soft fill are the things we plan around first. We set units on a firm, compacted pad and keep them clear of the truck lanes and staging piles that a busy site depends on to keep moving through the day.
Where the ground is loose or the wind whips off the water, point it out and we will position for stability and easy servicing. On a fenced site, steer us to the gate and the contact so the truck rolls straight in and gets set up without circling the block.
Keeping a long build serviced
Redevelopment work runs for months, so we set a steady weekly cleaning to keep every unit fresh through the job, and we add pickups when the crew count climbs. Our trucks reach Hunters Point on Mondays and Thursdays, and a one-day event along the shore is delivered ahead and pulled once the crowd clears out.
